What your order includes

A personal astrology book using Valeria’s method: 13 themed chapters in your personal web book and a downloadable PDF. A printed book and individual consultation are not included.

The book is created using Valeria’s method with the help of artificial intelligence. The method sets the rules for analysing the chart and interpreting its indicators, while artificial intelligence helps apply these rules and prepare the text. The text undergoes automated checks. An individual review by an astrologer is not included. Interpretations may contain errors or not match your experience; examples are not established facts about your life.

The web book requires a modern browser and internet access; the saved file requires a PDF viewer. The website sample shows a chapter from another reading and is not your personal book.

The material is intended for reflection on your own experience. Astrological interpretations are not a scientific personality assessment, diagnosis, or medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and do not guarantee particular events.

Price and payment

The book costs €79 per order. This is a one-time purchase without a subscription or recurring charges. The final amount is shown at checkout before confirmation. Additional paid services require separate consent.

Payment is processed through Stripe. The contract is concluded after payment confirmation. Before paying, you can review your name, email, birth date, exact local birth time and city. If you do not know the time, please confirm it first.

Delivery and access

Preparation begins after payment is confirmed and the required details are received. The book is provided without undue delay, and a link to the completed result is sent to the order email.

If you have not received the book or the link does not work, check your spam folder and contact support. An expired sign-in link does not cancel a paid order: you can restore access through “My reading”.

Web access is provided for 6 months from when the book is ready. A saved PDF can be read offline after web access ends. The expiry of a sign-in link or browser session does not change the web access period.

If your details contain an error

Tell us about any error in your birth details or email as soon as possible. We will check the order status and suggest how to correct it. If changing the source details requires new paid preparation, the price and your consent will be agreed in advance. Errors made by Lume are corrected free of charge.

Withdrawal and refunds

You may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of entering into the contract, including after opening the web book or downloading the PDF.

Tell us your decision at support@lumeself.com before this period ends. Include your name, purchase date and email or order number. No special form is required.

The full amount is refunded without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of receiving your request. We use the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. Lume does not charge a refund fee; the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank.

Following withdrawal, further access to the book may be closed; you should stop using it and sharing it with others. If mandatory information about the right of withdrawal was not provided, the withdrawal period is extended in accordance with the law.

Withdraw from purchase

If the book is not delivered or does not work correctly

Contact support if the book has not been provided, the PDF or link does not work, or the result does not match your order. You may require delivery of the book or a free correction within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.

If the problem is not resolved, or other legal grounds apply, a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund is available. If the seller refuses to provide the book, a prior demand for performance is not required. A minor defect alone does not entitle you to terminate; the seller must prove that it is minor.

Refunds following termination or a price reduction are made within 14 days of notification of that decision. These rights continue after the 14-day period for withdrawing without a reason.

Personal use and your rights

You may save and print the book for personal use. Do not publish your private link or share someone else’s book without permission. Data processing is described in the privacy policy. Placing an order does not mean consenting to advertising.

The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies. This does not remove mandatory protections in your country of habitual residence where applicable, or restrict your right to approach a competent court or consumer protection authority. Changes to these terms cannot retrospectively reduce rights under an existing contract.
